Sky Ranch Christian Camp
- Van, TX
Project Manager and Director of Development, responsible for site location and acquisition of 300 acres, Master Plan, fundraising, selection of all subcontractors, restructuring of the operating board, planning of design and permitting, and overseeing the construction of the 90-acre Sky Lake, utility systems (including water and sewer), infrastructure, cabins, main dining facility, barns, and recreational facilities. This was part of a complete relocation of the operating program from the Dallas area to Van, Texas, on a very demanding schedule.
Front Range Alliance Church
- Colorado Springs, CO
General Contractor and Project Manager – Ground-up, 42,000 sq ft new construction of a full campus, sanctuary, classrooms, and all improvements. The project required a unique foundation with drilled piers into sloping bedrock on a hillside with expansive soil at the base of Pikes Peak and the resolution of substantial access issues with the city and adjoining owners. Completed on time and under budget.
Evangel Christian Assembly
- Bismarck, ND
General Contractor – On-site Management – Ground-up, 18,000 sq ft addition, multi-level Children’s Center, child care facility, and indoor recreation area with slide access and a performing stage. The project was built on a site with year-round flowing water issues, requiring a massive underground drainage system and oversized structural basement walls. The project was completed in record winter conditions, under budget, ahead of time, and fully paid for upon completion.
Quaker Ridge Christian Camp
- Woodland Park, CO
General Contractor – Strategy Advisor – Ground-up, 22,000 sq ft mountain lodge with a dining facility and hotel-style guest rooms. The project was built on the side of a sloping overhang with significant volunteer labor and an extremely limited budget. Financial issues created delays and opportunities for creative solutions, leading to a completed project that has become a highly desirable location for women’s ministry retreats in the off-season.
